Some bugs in MacOS that almost drives me crazy last year

Although now I know it is not OS's fault, just garden-variety software conflict. I still want to talk about MacOS's crazy vortex of sucking users in and trap them.
What can I say, it's a really good system. At least for me. MacOS makes you forget it exists. It's just you, and productivity. What a great fantasy. Until some bugs drag you out of your dream and hit you in the balls.

This is a short blog, I’m gonna chew out my MacBook Pro’s keyboard input sources switching mechanism.

What is my ideal input sources switching mechanism?

Well, I think the ideal input switching mechanism (and in fact I have been using it smoothly for quite a while ago), is when I have to input Chinese, I don’t need to use control+space, I just click caps lock, and the little green light won’t lighten up because it’s not in caps lock mode. That’s right, I only want the little green light to light up in caps lock mode, and the only way to initiate caps lock mode was to long press the caps lock key. And indeed it has been functioning in this way for the past month, but now, is broken.

What is the present situation?

Just right now I found out my MacBook Pro is malfunctioned and the only way I can switch to another input method without having the green light lit up is by control+space, and everything is so disordered. I couldn’t even begin to describe how shitty the situation is right now. And then I did some research and found out the problem comes from software-system conflict. So here comes my issue: MacOS is so cool and sophisticated, once you get used to it, you then kinda like forget it exists. At first, this feels great, like all I ever wanted. But then some software-system bugs popped out and break my dream. I didn’t buy a Mac so I can suffer from yet another OCD break down. Apple was supposed to free me from OCD and everything was meant to be perfect and smooth and mind-reassuring. If I really what the trouble, I might as well just go buy a PC.

My point being

MacOS is a fantastic OS, I'm addicted to it. And deep down in mind, I think it's just perfect and bug-free. So when some bugs hit me, good chance I will lose my temper and hate everything. This won't happen when I'm using Linux or Windows, cuz I know they are not perfect.
